  • Minimum Hourly Wages Rates - Adults 22 years old and over and Youths: 18 to 21 year old
  • Statutory Maternity Pay SMP is paid for 26 weeks.
  • Statutory Redundancy Pay, Maximum payment is 30 weeks' pay. To qualify the maximum requirements for the employees is that they have two years continuous services from the age of 18 with the same employer. Redundancy Pay Rates -For each COMPLETE Year of CONTINUOUS service Employees aged 18 to 21 - Half 1 week's pay Employees aged 22 to 40 - One weeks pay Employees aged 41 to 64 - One and a half weeks pay.
